An attorney will conduct a thorough search and then speak with you regarding your new Trademark Application and any issues which may be encountered. Your new Trademark Application will then be filed. A short consultation is included with this new trademark registration service. This includes a search on up to three possible name choices and having your goods/services correctly classified. This new trademark registration covers one international class of goods or services.

Do you use your trademark in commerce?	Yes. I currently sell/market goods/services under my trademark name No, I only intend to do that in the future. (using that option will require filing of Satement of Use later. In our law firm it costs extra $445 per class including $150 government fee)
